Claire Daniels

Strategy, insight, brand


Claire started Aha when she became freelance, because she didn't want to lose the joy of working with brilliant people to achieve great things. 


She has 14 years experience in new product development, innovation and brand strategy having worked with 45 of the UK's biggest charities to deliver impressive results.


Always fascinated by consumer behaviour, Claire is always looking for opportunities to combine insight with strategic planning to add significant value and create new opportunities. 


Claire is a passionate communicator and a skilled facilitator.


Kit Lewis

Innovation, fundraising, curiosity


Kit loves creative challenges and believes the right people can solve any problem - he loves facilitating experts, passionate creatives and strategic thinkers as a collective force. 


He is an expert innovator and developer of consumer-facing products, having set up and led innovation teams and projects in fundraising and marketing for some of the biggest charities in the UK. 


Kit is also the founder and director of a cycling start-up and sits on the board of a UK charity. He loves taking big challenges through the end-to-end innovation process, delivering live iterative tests in various markets.


Jess Venners

Relationships, projects, planning


Jess loves setting and achieving goals above and beyond the expected, working alongside creatives, strategic thinkers and teams to deliver great results. She drives quality through the process and with a whole bunch of experience working with big brands across the world, Jess ensures we deliver.


Jess has experience in nurturing and building exceptional healthy client relationships which in the long run helps all of us achieve great things.


Pally McAlley

Creative, propositions, strategy


Pally walks the line between strategy and creative. He carries almost twenty years of fundraising experience, delivering transformative success across the breadth of Save the Children and the British Red Cross’s individual giving programmes.


His passion is finding the sticky sweet spot between audience, motivation and mission – and is an expert in developing creative architecture around it that inspires people to take action and feel valued in return.


Pally loves collaborating and problem solving with brilliant people at important causes.
